Shipping & Delivery We handcraft every order in our Midwest, USA home workshop.

Processing: 3–5 Days most items are in stock and would be ready

Customs orders may add time.

Rates: USPS First Class/Priority – $6.95 flat; free on $50+.

Delivery: 3–10 business days domestic. Tracking provided.

Holidays: Order early for seasonal deadlines.

Packaging: Carefully wrapped to prevent damage.

Issues: Contact us within 30 days for lost/delayed packages. info@sssglow.com

Returns & Refunds We put heart into every piece.

Non-custom: Returns within 14 days (unused, original condition). Buyer pays return shipping.

Custom/personalized: No returns/exchanges (due to customization).

Damaged/defective: Contact within 7 days with photos – replace or refund. - Refunds: To original payment within 5–10 days after inspection.

Privacy Policy We respect your privacy. Collect only order/shipping info and custom uploads to fulfill orders. - No selling/renting data. - Secure payments via Shopify/PayPal. - Contact us to access/delete your info.

Terms of Service By ordering, you agree:

- Custom designs must not infringe copyrights. - We may refuse/cancel orders if needed. - Prices/availability subject to change. - Not responsible for carrier delays.
